Return & Refund Policy

T&C Technology (India) Pvt Ltd ("T&C Technology") manufactures and sells electronics products and PCB assemblies. This policy governs returns and refunds for products purchased directly from us — by email order, WhatsApp, or (when available) our online shop at tctech.co.in/shop/.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The product arrives in a physically damaged condition (damaged in transit).
  • The product is functionally defective on first power-up, confirmed by our support team.
  • The wrong product was shipped (our error).

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed, soldered to a PCB, or modified in any way.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect wiring, over-voltage, reverse polarity, or misuse.
  • Firmware-only products (once a firmware file is downloaded and used).
  • Custom-designed PCBs or firmware developed to customer specification.
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago.

2. Return Process

  1. Email support@tctech.co.in within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number or invoice number
    • Photos of the product and packaging (required for transit damage claims)
    • Description of the defect or discrepancy
  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation (RA number) or troubleshooting steps.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging, with the RA number clearly marked on the outer carton.
  4. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except where the return is due to our shipping error.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days after receipt):

  • Defective / wrong product: Full refund of the product price, including GST. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
  • Transit damage: Replacement unit or full refund, at our discretion.
  • Refund method: Bank transfer (NEFT) to your account within 5 business days of approval. No cash refunds.

4. Warranty

All T&C Technology hardware products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to:

  • Incorrect installation or wiring
  • Over-voltage, reverse polarity, or electrostatic discharge (ESD)
  • Physical damage, water ingress, or corrosion
  • Modification or repair by unauthorised parties

Warranty claims follow the same process as returns (email support@tctech.co.in with description and photos). Warranty repairs or replacements are at T&C Technology's discretion. Shipping both ways is borne by the customer for warranty claims after the 7-day return window.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection law.
