The Problem
Industrial machinery ages. A CNC machining centre from 2005 has a worn-out Fanuc controller that costs ₹8–12 lakh to replace with an OEM unit — often more than the machine is worth. A packaging line runs on a PLC from the 1990s whose manufacturer is out of business. A new machine builder needs a motion controller for a custom 5-axis configuration that no off-the-shelf product supports.

CNC Controller Retrofits
Replace worn-out Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers with the 8-Axis CNC Motion Controller. Preserve the machine mechanics; upgrade the electronics. STEP/DIR compatible with all standard servo and stepper drives.
PLC Panel Design
PicoPLC-based control panels for conveyor systems, packaging lines, material handling, and process control. IEC 61131-3 ladder logic — your maintenance engineers can modify the program.
Servo Drive Integration
DC servo drives for new and retrofit applications. 1.5 kW continuous, WiFi tuning interface, RS-422 encoder feedback, PLd/SIL2 safety chain. Priced for the Indian market.
Distributed I/O Systems
WiFi-connected Pico 2W nodes for distributed sensor/actuator networks across large factory floors. No field wiring — each node connects to the control PC over WiFi.
